Thanks for the heads up! If what you say is true, about how wild it gets down there then I totally get why they are trying to cut down on these kinds of activities.

I know this sounds silly, but I was making a few calls to arrange for my groups first trip to the Buffalo river and one of the guys I spoke with said there are officers waiting and watching to give tickets for various reasons.( littering, smoking pot, etc.) This just sounded odd to me. I've been canoing for years and have never heard of this, not that we will be doing anything wrong it just seems weird to think of people watching you while your trying to have a good time. Does anybody have any insight to this or should I just forget he said anything?
--And we are camping at crazy horse if anyone has any extra info on this place it would be great!!
